Dr. Phil Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon who has been practicing since 1995. He has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Community Counseling from Argosy University. Dr. Phil (No, not the other guy! lol) is the kindest and most compassionate therapist you will ever meet! His experience of more than 30 years of counseling enables him to offer effective outpatient, individualized psychological care. Dr. Phil treats most mental health disorders, and provides a safe and neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
