Are you looking to build a life that’s connected with joy, authenticity, and meaning? Then you’re in the right place. I believe that meaningful and lasting growth comes from thoughtful exploration of the experiences, relationships, values, and patterns that have shaped who you are, and turning those insights into action. My work is rooted in helping you relieve the weight of your current symptoms, while building the future that you want. I utilize a blend of Psychodynamic, ACT, and CBT approaches that balance focused, in depth work with genuine interpersonal connection.
I am proud to provide LGBTQIA+, ENM, and identity affirming therapy, as well as therapy for others who are ready for real growth. I have a broad range of experience providing services for people in community, hospital, and crisis settings, which has allowed me the privilege of working with individuals with diverse backgrounds.
I provide services for adults who are experiencing concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, issues related to sex and sexual or gender identity, and exploration of relationship dynamics and ethical non-monogamy. This work is personal. If you believe we could be a good fit, please reach out so we can discuss how we can work together.
