Hey! To put it simply, I help people take more control of their habits, especially when it comes to social anxiety and sexual issues. Because thinking about change is one thing, and making it happen is a whole other. With my own social anxiety, I was definitely “most people” at one time. But my turning point came with therapy that gave me insight and inspiration that nothing else did. So, I hope I'll give a space as helpful as the one I received.

The goal is for you to leave therapy with a clearer sense of what's missing in your life and actionable steps to find it. The work isn't easy, but it'll get a lot simpler as you see yourself in a new way and pick up the right coping strategies.
