If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what direction your life is heading, you’re not alone. In a world that keeps shifting—personally, socially, and politically—it can be hard to build a life around what truly matters. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I’m a licensed psychologist with over ten years of clinical experience, and I work with adults and teens 14+ navigating anxiety, burnout, identity, life transitions, political change, and relationship challenges.
My style is active, grounded, and collaborative. I’m especially good at helping people slow down and put words to experiences they struggle to name. Using tools from a range of evidence-based approaches, we’ll clarify the change you want, identify strengths you already have, and equip you with new ways of thinking and acting to live a more fulfilling life.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist who grew up in racially and culturally diverse communities, I am especially passionate about helping people navigate relationships across difference while staying true to themselves. I believe we heal through connecting with others, I hope to support you in bringing the best of yourself into your community.
