I know that for some individuals it maybe hard to find a provider that is conveniently located. I provide counseling services virtually, working with individuals who live throughout Oregon and Washington. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have a background in helping clients through times of of crisis and life events by helping them see the possibilities instead of the misconceptions on how life should be.
I utilize a trauma informed understanding, a solution focused approach, and a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques, and a person's own strengths to assist individuals in their journey to a better self. I have a passion for working with members of clergy families, and family caregivers.
I can help you work through a variety of issues, i.e. Life transition/adjustment, grief, trauma, ADHD, attention and focusing issues, depression and anxiety. If you are ready to face the struggles you are experiencing and work through them, give me a call and we can discuss further about how I can assist you.
