I help and guide my clients through a process of self-discovery that will allow them to improve their lives, reach their goals and thrive. I consider all aspects of the client’s life, i.e. mental, physical, social, emotional and sexual. I help my clients discover the root causes of their distress and eliminate them. I believe in finding and eliminating the causes, not just the symptoms.
I specialize in an approach that encourages the client to explore his/her childhood in an effort to discover how their unconscious thoughts can influence their conscious or cognitive behavior. In that respect, I integrate several therapeutic models including Client Centered, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytical and Behavioral Therapies.
I believe that my clients have a right to be heard and to explore their present situations and past circumstances and childhoods in a safe and supportive atmosphere. I also specialize in helping people achieve personal growth, improve their relationships and enhance their motivation. I am accepting new clients.
