About

I love working with clients who want to be free of ingrained patterns that aren't working, whether from sub-optimal parenting or other experiences. For couples I use the Gottman Method, based on decades of internationally acclaimed in-person lab research. It demystifies and brings a sense of effectiveness-
Have you been in therapy, and found yourself wanting more depth and a more satisfying change rate? I have post-grad training in NARM, an internationally-practiced, integrative model that addresses our deepest patterns: in how we relate and identify, how our nervous system reacts, our emotional patterns, and in our behaviors. NARM is based in attachment, neur
