I believe therapy works best when it feels human, so I aim to bring authenticity, warmth, and a bit of personality into the room to help create a comfortable space for vulnerability and growth. I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, academic and career stress, body image concerns, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and sleep challenges.
My approach is integrative, often working through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens with clients of all ages, and using Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) with younger clients. For sleep difficulties, I am trained in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I).
I focus on meeting each client and family where they are, working collaboratively to develop treatment goals that are both supportive and tailored to their needs. I aim to build trusting relationships by centering each client’s strengths, values, and unique lived experiences.
