I am an experienced psychologist who can help you work through issues that prevent you from living the life you want. I enjoy helping people who are motivated to explore, introspect, reflect, and make changes. If you have been feeling stuck, repeating troubling patterns, or feel blocked by old perspectives, therapy can help you live for what is most meaningful instead of stuck in old patterns. I have expertise helping people overcome problems related to depression, anxiety, transitions, anger, and work stress, and I feel especially passionate about helping people have healthier relationships and friendships.
My approach is active, compassionate and practical and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & more. Our work may include experiential exercises, values work, emotional processing, emotion regulation skills, imagery, & psychological flexibility. Hours: Mondays-Thursdays 9a-5p Insurance: Out of network.
I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out and trust a new therapist. I strive to provide a space where you can exhale. Safety and collaboration are crucial ingredients for a successful therapy experience. Therapy offers a healing relationship based on empathy so you can truly open up and feel understood.
