I like to educate and guide clients to make informed decisions about their mental health using systems theory. I think it's important to recognize individuals as part of a larger more complex system. I put less emphasize on diagnosis and more on problem solving and raising client's awareness of their key life stressors.
Making the mind and body connection is key in making any life change. I like to get to know each client's approach to wellness and life balance. Improving our health is key to optimize our mental well being.
