I have been working with individuals and couples for 20 years. Many of the clients I see suffer from depression, anxiety, work and relationship issues (including communication problems, feeling disconnected, infidelity, and divorce). I help clients find new ways of coping, seeing and thinking, and relating. Although I am knowledgeable and skilled in several therapeutic methods, I don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" therapy. Instead, I adapt my treatment plan to meet the needs, goals, and personality of each client.

Gabi Goldstein is board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, and holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Gabi has five years experience working with teens, adults, and families, using a collaborative and person-centered approach. She enjoys being the calm in people's storm; providing a space where individuals can intentionally unpack the burdens of life's challenges and connect with their own experiences to cultivate a life of calm and purpose.

Times of struggle and pain can also be times of positive growth. When we learn that we have choices in how we respond to the situations in our lives, we can become empowered to choose to respond to stressors in a way that enables us to move forward in an intentional and positive direction. Anna Powers, LCSW Anna Powers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and completed her Master of Social Work at The University of Southern Indiana. Anna's treatment philosophy centers around the belief that therapy is a collaborative endeavor for individuals, couples, and families to heal and grow. Clients are the experts on their own lives and as the therapist, Anna serves as an informed, open-minded, and non-biased guide.

Dr. Elizabeth Andresen is a Psychologist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2014. Dr. Andresen sees patients across the lifespan when there are concerns about thinking skills (i. e. , memory, attention, problem solving, language). The measures she completes with patients help her understand what's going on with the patient's brain, to see what parts are working the way we would expect for age, and what parts are having more trouble. This helps everyone understand what support the patient needs, and how the patient can use their excellent skills to support the things that are harder for them.

Entering into a counseling relationship can be a scary thing for many people. Some are hesitant about therapy based on past experience. Others are considering therapy for the very first time and really don't know what to expect. My approach to counseling begins with relaxed conversations aimed at establishing mutual trust and confidence. For my part, I pledge to be engaging, empathetic, culturally-sensitive, and client-centered, which includes a healthy amount of active listening. Moving forward, we will work together to identify strengths and skills and create a proactive strategy that is natural, realistic, and practical.

Note: Others in my collaborative practice are taking new clients. It is my belief that everyone can benefit from counseling, and it takes a strong person to seek out assistance when needed. I believe we are not made to live in isolation, and we do best when we are part of a community. By recognizing the events that have formed us in life, we can learn from them and become a better version of ourselves. In order for this process to take place, I strive to create a comfortable and safe environment that supports increased insight and growth.

There are times when we experience life's challenges as overwhelming. We use the skills we have employed in the past and the results have not been what we desired. I see therapy as an opportunity to validate your efforts and to offer additional and sometimes alternative ways of perceiving and doing. Otteria Trimble is a Psychologist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2016. Otteria helps clients by holding space as they reflect on their current challenges and encourages them to reflect on their strengths in a solution-focused manner when necessary. However, Otteria knows challenges don't always need a solution, just space to understand. She walks alongside clients as they implement the changes, they want for their lives to cultivate a sense of happiness or contentment. Otteria leans most on skills associated with CBT, DBT, and interpersonal therapies.

I provide individual psychotherapy and psychological testing or psychological evaluation. Common reasons for testing referral include evaluation of conditions such as AD/HD; learning disabilities; or other cognitive, academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns as well as clarification of psychiatric diagnosis or diagnoses. At the conclusion of the evaluation process, I provide written and verbal feedback to the person or agency requesting the evaluation regarding test results, diagnoses, and individualized treatment recommendations based on evaluation findings as well as each person's unique strengths and needs.

Amy Lemmon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic illness and medical conditions, midlife transitions, and women's issues. As a therapist, Amy has counseled a diverse group of adults in clinical, community and outpatient settings. She draws from a range of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person centered approach, strengths based perspective, and mindfulness. Amy's therapeutic style is holistic and rooted in mutual respect and understanding.

Emily Grimwood is board-certified by the Behavioral Health and Human Sciences Licensing Board as a licensed clinical social worker. Emily received her bachelor's in psychology from Purdue University in 2016 and master's in social work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Emily has experience providing therapy services in an outpatient setting to individuals of all ages and from different backgrounds. She is a certified dialectical behavioral therapist and uses techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as well as Theraplay-based principles.

As a practicing therapist for over 20s years, I pride myself on helping those who need guidance and a listening ear in times of difficulty. Acknowledging that it takes courage to reach for help and begin therapy, I hope to lessen the intimidating and overwhelming process as an experienced therapist. I work primarily with adolescents and adults on issues ranging from depression and anxiety to more specific trauma related concerns. I will work also to hear your needs as we walk alongside each other through the counseling process.

As a husband, father, and counselor, I understand the power of seeking and finding clarity within oneself, and the transformative impact that this can have upon the meaningful relationships that exist within one’s life. For the last five years Brian has been providing therapeutic treatment to teen girls and their families, in a long term residential setting, helping guide restoration in relationships, family structure and overall mental health functioning. Brian is a generalist but does specialize in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, attachment issues, trauma related concerns, personality disorders, and other lifestyle issues such as LGBTQ+, gender, marriage and ENM lifestyles. Brian is accepting of and works closely with alternative lifestyle choices such as kink, poly and multi-partner dynamics.

Dr. Ciemone Rose is a licensed psychologist and Health Service Provider (HSPP) in the state of Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, Master of Arts (M. A. ) in Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. She began her clinical work in 2010 and is experienced in providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling interventions. Dr. Rose works with individuals ages 12 and over, from a variety of backgrounds and varied presenting concerns.
