Hello, I am a therapist with 10 years of experience in helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, wellness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, to tailor my treatment to each client's unique needs and preferences. I work with clients who are seeking to improve their mental health, cope with stress, manage emotions, enhance relationships, and increase their well-being and happiness. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and change.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Sometimes people seek therapy because of painful situations, or they're unclear about which path to take. Sometimes they're trying to overcome the effects of a difficult childhood. And sometimes they have a more biological problem - ADD, depression, mood swings - and want to lead a rich and satisfying life despite these problems. I will help you to figure out the source of your problems, and find solutions. For twenty-four years I've worked with a wide range of patients with a variety of issues. I've taught Psychology at Smith College, and graduate students and candidates at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center.
