I work primarily with Adults and Teens (16+), and frequently support people who are neurodivergent and/or disabled, have complex trauma (CPTSD, BPD, etc.), experience dissociation, flashbacks, anxiety, and/or depression. Folks often come to my practice because they are experiencing feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, feeling stuck, experiencing interpersonal relationship difficulties, or feelings of low self-worth. I help folks with moving forward by creating space to reflect on relationship patterns, identifying potential areas of change, expanding coping strategies, and improving positive self-talk.
Working with me offers a space to engage in deep, transformative exploration. Clients who work with me often find that they can explore and unpack complex traumas, internalized shame, and the unhelpful cycles that leave them feeling stuck.
