In sessions, I show up fully — with honesty, warmth, and a willingness to ask the questions that matter (even the ones you’ve been avoiding). I take your pace seriously, but I also won’t let you hide from the work if you’re ready for it. I draw from my trainings in several modalities (like CBT, ACT, IFS, and EMDR) to find what works for you.
