Hello, my name is Peyman Garakani and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety and have extensive experience dealing with matters of grief. I utilize an Eclectic approach to cater to my client's specific needs. I believe talk therapy often should be supplemented with out-of-session tasks to maximize progress and growth. These may include suggestive readings, journaling, and thought records.
