My counseling style is a multifaceted approach for enhancing wellness. I specialize in trauma-work and I am trained in EMDR therapy.
I work with individuals who experience depression, anger, anxiety, trauma, and bereavement and use a wide array of therapeutic approaches such as CBT and Person-Centered for counseling people with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and those who have difficulty managing their emotions.
