I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. We all are impacted by the families we grew up in, events we experienced and the relationships in our lives. My experience is in depression, anxiety/stress, trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, abuse, parenting & family issues, and life transitions. My work is based on systemic approaches and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, TF-CBT, and EMDR and is trauma focused, strength based, and cultural/belief systems sensitive.
