I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space, because every person deserves to feel listened to and supported. I have experience working with PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD, and frequently work with people who are navigating grief and life transitions. I provide virtual sessions so that you can participate in counseling from the comfort of your own home.
I use a gentle, holistic approach to help you increase self-compassion, gain insight about life experiences, and build on your strengths. I also enjoy using exposure and response prevention (ERP) and mindfulness to help people with OCD challenge thoughts and behaviors that are rooted in fear and doubt.
If you're interested in meeting to see if we're a good fit, please reach out and we can schedule a free 30-minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you and collaborating to work towards your goals.
