I will walk alongside you in whatever journey you are on to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be, from learning new coping skills, improving communication skills, or improving your relationships.
I like to use cognitive behavior therapy and gestalt therapy to help my clients get from point A to point B, but I also like to get to know my clients so I can decide how I can best help them on their journey. Our time together will be spent processing emotions and exploring your life timeline. There may also be work I ask you to do outside of our sessions.
