I like to use cognitive behavior therapy and gestalt therapy to help my clients get from point A to point B, but I also like to get to know my clients so I can decide how I can best help them on their journey. Our time together will be spent processing emotions and exploring your life timeline. There may also be work I ask you to do outside of our sessions.
