With 30 years' experience as a treating physician and now with Hypnotherapy as my sole focus, I often see dramatic results after only one, two or three sessions. Conditions classically treated with hypnosis include Anxiety and Stress, Fears and Phobias (flying, needles, storms), Habits (nail biting, hair pulling), Performance Anxiety (public speaking, sports, shyness, test-taking), Smoking, and more. My approach to hypnosis is the same as it was in medical practice, very goal oriented and specific.
Hypnosis is not "mind control"! You are awake, alert and fully aware of what is going on around you. Yet you're in a very focused state of attention allowing you to absorb suggestions that are meaningful to you. It begins the healing process in a "jump-start" way.
I've worked with patients and families both in good times and through the most difficult of them and that offers me a unique perspective in identifying and achieving our goals.
