We all have painful patterns in our lives that we've struggled to figure out how to shift. I believe change occurs when we are able to have experiences of ourselves, others, and the world that counteract previous experiences that have rigidified in our bodies and minds. In my therapeutic work, I help to create those experiences during session by being a deep and empathetic listener and an active and challenging guide and facilitator.
One of my main areas of focus is couples therapy. I am deeply passionate about learning about how relationships work and where people tend to get stuck with each other. I have a particular interest and speciality in working with less typical relationships including non-monogamy, coparents, decoupling partners, non-romantic friends, and family.
