My clients are teens, college students, competitive athletes, & young adults whose thoughts, feelings, or behaviors limit their ever-expanding potential, sense of well-being, and opportunity to flourish. My approach strategically combines empirically based counseling strategies (CBT, ACT, CPT), sport & positive psychology, hypnosis, somatics, & solutions focused coaching techniques that successfully address the above obstacles.
Athletes, teens, and young adults are unique populations each requiring unique understanding. In an open, safe, and trusting environment I will join and collaborate with your loved one, offering an experienced, nuanced blend of these evidence-based approaches each designed to access inner awareness, performance potential, authenticity, and innate resiliency.

Is your mental strength equal to your physical strength? This online workshop addresses the importance of establishing a powerful mindset for best meeting the challenges of the competitive environment. Topics covered include strategies for overcoming obstacles and set backs, recognizing and applying your unique super-strengths, and understanding and applying psychological flexibility as the true driver of successful performance. Groups meet on 4 consecutive Tuesdays for one hour beginning in November 2022.
