Is your mental strength equal to your physical strength? This online workshop addresses the importance of establishing a powerful mindset for best meeting the challenges of the competitive environment. Topics covered include strategies for overcoming obstacles and set backs, recognizing and applying your unique super-strengths, and understanding and applying psychological flexibility as the true driver of successful performance. Groups meet on 4 consecutive Tuesdays for one hour beginning in November 2022.
