BPD and Belonging - Medicaid Accepted
If you live with Borderline Personality Disorder, you may suffer misunderstanding. People try to tame rather than understand you. They see "disorder" instead of deep longing. This group will help us experience emotion not as dysregulation but as a passion for belonging. It will reveal the hidden intelligence in what feels like a war within; explore the architecture of intimacy; and incorporate IFS, neurobiology, and attachment and trauma perspectives. This will be done as a community of fellow sufferers—a sanctuary of understanding and support for the parts of us that often feel like "too much." In-person and Online.

Poetry, Parts Work, and Meditation Group
This group is an opportunity to pause in your week to "drink from a different well"; a chance to enter into a "discourse with a larger world". Here we offer a place for our soul to welcome a communal embrace with other hearts and minds making an effort to enjoy their "one wild and precious life". Group includes a teaching on meditation with interweaves of neuroscience, poetry, and parts work, followed by a time for meditation, and closed with a time for optional sharing or discussion. Group meets 12pm on Tuesdays via Telehealth. $5 a week, Medicaid accepted.

Essential Trauma Wisdom for Meaningful Living
Trauma changes everything. It robs us of rest, connection, and hope. It also summons us to confront the deepest questions of what it means to be human and seek meaning in a tragic world. Trauma terrifies us, so we numb and avoid, yet the pain persists. If we approach it without preparation, we simply repeat the overwhelm and reopen old wounds. This group will offer a detailed map of images and analogies from the most current trauma therapies, woven with philosophical and poetic wisdom, to help rescue our capacity to feel alive after trauma. (Medicaid accepted) (In-person and Telehealth)
