I often work with clients who come in the midst of a challenge or crisis. Their issues include setting boundaries, reconciling past issues with the present, and resolving relationship and family issues. Clients frequently ask for an understanding of their cognitive and emotional processes as well as deeper self reflection.

I help clients who have had conflict or trauma in the past. I collaborate with clients to help them identify and clarify their strengths, identify and challenge their blind spots and vulnerabilities so that they can be stronger and wiser. I also ask clients to clarify their life’s purpose and spirituality if they are so inclined.
