Currently I focus on talk therapy with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This is applied to explore thoughts and feelings in a caring and supportive atmosphere; working collaboratively on problems that might include issues with closeness, assertiveness, unresolved grief and addiction.
I completed my graduate studies at Central Connecticut State University. I apply multiple theoretical orientations including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster positive change. Based on my training and experience, symptom relief and self actualization come from a holistic approach to problems, which are cognitive, physiological, emotional, and social.
