I take a holistic, non-judgmental approach to therapy. Instead of just targeting “symptoms,” we get curious about what your anxiety, low mood, or patterns in relationships might be trying to tell us. Often these are understandable responses to stress, trauma, or old roles you had to play. Over time, some parts of you may have gotten stuck in those old stories. When you’re ready, we’ll turn inward together in order to update and integrate those parts in the present, so you can feel more at ease and able to live an authentic, value-centered life.
I specialize in depth‑oriented therapy for adults who feel stuck repeating the same emotional or relational patterns. Together, we will utilize trauma‑informed, experiential, and mindfulness‑based tools to create more ease, clarity, and choice.
