I offer an integrative approach to resolving forms of impasse on multiple levels: physical, emotional and mental. Reconnecting to our own bodies, our deeper selves, our families and our community is at the heart of good health and well-being. Recovery from distress, loss and trauma should include changes that help maintain wellness and balance. I have extensive training in relationship issues, family systems, individual self-growth and psycho-spiritual wellness.
As a Wellness Coach, I don’t pathologize or diagnose, but view life challenges as potential for transformative change. My coaching method is informed by four decades working as a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and administrator.
I previously worked as a Board Certified Clinical Social Worker with additional experience and training in Hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Imagery Work and Focusing. I now enjoy contributing to the enhancement of my clients’ lives via wellness coaching and mentoring, combining experience, competency and commitment.
