I help clients change ADHD, anxiety, trauma, autism, or pain with free, home based heart rhythm training tools and counseling. The tools are called biofeedback and can be used while working, studying, watching shows, relaxing, or meditating.. Clients do 8 or more online sessions to get started and keep the tools to use. It is proven to work as well as medication. It is paid for by insurance as counseling.
