I work with adults who are at a point where something in life isn’t working the way they want it to. Together, we slow things down, get curious, and look at the self talk and patterns that shape how you move through your life. Many of the people I work with are navigating major transitions involving work, relationships, recovery, grief, identity, marriage, or parenthood. I tend to be a good fit for people who want to understand where their patterns come from, not just manage symptoms or solve the immediate problem.
