My approach to therapy focuses on providing you a space to feel truly heard, validated, and supported as we explore your personal and emotional experience. I work with adults (18+) struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other challenges that impact their well-being through supportive and individually tailored approaches. We work on finding helpful ways to navigate life and improve their contentment and well-being.
I offer insights into themes and patterns in your life that may be causing distress and work to help you find ways that you can begin to address these challenges more effectively. We will work to develop greater awareness and build skills to reduce the impact of triggers, utilizing an eclectic approach that utilizes various treatment modalities.
Providing a person-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, I feel the work we do is rooted in connection. I have found my passion is working with others individually to help facilitate growth and change. Although this work can be challenging at times, we can incorporate humor and find space for moments of reflection to help you in your journey.
