Therapeutic modalities I use may include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness techniques, somatic psychotherapeutic techniques, yoga and breath-work, and addiction treatments that include Motivational Interviewing and transpersonal therapies.
