I enjoy helping individuals through the ongoing process of "becoming" and feeling more comfortable in their own skin. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with anxiety, identity and self-esteem conflicts, relationship difficulties, and depression. Other areas of focus in my practice include working on enhancing creativity, reducing shyness and inhibition, and overcoming procrastination. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I hold an advanced training certificate in Psychoanalysis. I also have post graduate training in Group Psychotherapy, which I believe can be a powerful adjunct to individual work.

Groups
Relational Self-Esteem Group
The group aim is to help members work through identity and self-esteem conflicts while providing support and lessening anxiety and depression. There is a "here and now" focus on the "alive" interactions between members in order to facilitate a deeper understanding of self and other in the context of interpersonal relationships. Participation in combined individual therapy is required of members. If interested in joining there will be a screening process consisting of multiple individual visits.
