I provide a nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I utilize Ego States interventions in conjunction with Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which are powerful and effective modalities designed to get to the core of what is taking place. I am certified in EMDR and have extensive experience in treating trauma.
