I use effective, non-judgmental therapeutic techniques to bring about positive change and develop practical tools for my clients to strengthen their coping skills and relationships, including CBT, Clinical hypnotherapy, ACT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens, using a strength based approach to help clients.
