Family crisis exists on a broad spectrum. A crisis may stem from an acute disruption to long-term erosion. Occasionally a family in crisis considers separation. Through a discernment counseling model, I specialize in helping families navigate their thoughts of separation with clarity, primacy and compassion. My approach focuses on reducing familial conflict, improving parental communication, and prioritizing the well-being of children. Whether through psychotherapy, mediation or co-parenting support, I help individuals and families work through the complexities of separation in a way that fosters healing and cooperation.
My practice is focused on aiding individuals, couples and families who are in crisis and may be considering divorce. The emotional complexity of a divorce can often overwhelm one's ability to maintain. Therapy can help regulate those emotions, while mediation and co-parenting support can reduce the potential for harm and provide support moving forward.
