We are offering several groups, all very affordable: Parenting the Spectrum, for parents of neurodivergent people of all ages; Kids' Social, a social skills group biweekly on Saturdays; Men's Support & Development; and the Saturday Social for younger neurodivergent adults 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, 12-2pm.
I have extensive experience with family systems and approaches related to EMDR, as well as mainstream cognitive and behavioral modalities. I offer a free, initial consult to see if my work is a good fit for you, and if it is, we develop a plan immediately.
Availability: I have daytime appointments for adult therapy, a waiting list for children.
Before I became a therapist in 2012 I founded and led two therapeutic high schools that used a holistic approach for working with families and children. This experience, on top of my early training in trauma, family systems, and developmental issues emphasized the importance of empathy, awareness, and good communication skills.

Social Developmental Skills for Young Teenagers
A therapeutic social group biweekly on Mondays (5 pm) for younger teens or tweens. As we play games, develop plans, make art, or learn new skills, the kids will be practicing specific self-awareness, listening, and communication skills. Parent consultations are available, as are follow up individual and family sessions if needed.
