I have worked extensively with individuals (from college age to older adulthood) and couples dealing with mental health issues such as depression; anxiety; trauma; problems in relationships; substance abuse; and bipolar disorder. I formerly specialized in psychotherapy with older adults at UCLA Health in LA for almost 10 years before moving to NYC in 2023. Now licensed in NY, NJ, CA, and MA.
My work is informed by having made major career and geographical changes in my life. I believe there is always the opportunity to make meaningful choices for oneself, and it is my goal to help you transition from dissatisfaction, pessimism, and regret to hope, self-possession, and fulfillment.
