Family and relationships are the most important things in our lives, but they can also be the place where we find most hurt and need the most healing. I specialize in working with individuals, families, and children by helping people communicate better through understanding and engagement. Therapy takes effort, honesty, and a willingness to engage in self-exploration. I will seek to meet you where you are and provide a safe environment for growth and change. I am here to listen, support, and help you in your journey forward.
In individual sessions, I'll use an Internal Family Systems approach: offering a simple, clear, and multifaceted model. For couples, I use the Gottman method: disarming conflicting verbal communication, while increasing intimacy, respect, and affection. In a family session, a Strategic Therapy approach: helping the family interact better as a cohesive unit.
I have experience ranging from individual therapy, marital conflict, family crisis, couples, and family counseling. I also serve as an adjunct professor at Endicott College and am actively involved in the community, working as an on-call clinician at Union and Burlington Hospital.
