I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in California. My work with people is based upon equality and mutual respect. I draw from numerous theoretical approaches with clients to maximize efficacy in your work. Most important is understanding we're the captain of our own ship. I will utilize approaches such as Mindfulness/Buddhist Psychology, Voice Dialogue (parts work), and even Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in working with clients.
