I believe that therapy should be driven by what you want. I mainly work from and ACT and existential approach, but the most important part of therapy is how you feel about the process and your therapist.
I draw from a diverse background that includes acting in NYC and even starting a bean-to-bar chocolate company while playing music in a children's rock band. As a therapist, I have valuable experience leading a residential psychiatric program for complex trauma and providing supportive therapy in a college counseling center.
