I support my clients in alleviating suffering by working with them to overcome feelings of being stuck, blocked, or locked in patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving that no longer serve them.
Integrating various trauma-informed treatment modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and EMDR, I join with my clients in nurturing themselves toward healing and achieving their goals.
