I am a Licensed Mental Health and Addictions Therapist with 21 years experience. I specialize in individual, couples and family therapy and work primarily with adolescents and adults. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings with many different populations, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, family issues, anger, addictions, parenting, legal issues, and other mental health issues. I hope to meet you where you are at in life and assist you in reaching your goals.
It is important to me that I hear you, recognize your individual needs, and tailor our sessions to best meet your needs. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, as well as other approaches.
