I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to express what they need. People come to me when stress, conflict, or old patterns get in the way of feeling close to the people they love. I bring warmth, sincerity, and curiosity as we clarify emotions, strengthen communication, and build more satisfying, supportive relationships.
As a father and husband, I understand many of the struggles that men face. I feel that too many men have been socialized to push down their emotions. They are taught that being sensitive is a vulnerability versus a strength. I can help you better understand your own feelings so that you can feel more comfortable communicating them with loved ones.
I offer a non-judgmental and caring setting. I will listen to you about what you want to work on versus ascribe any of my own agendas. The one agenda I do have is for you to find more satisfaction in your life. We will work collaboratively on creating your care plan. I respect your time and want our work to target where you feel you have the most need.
