I have years of experience using proven therapeutic techniques such as ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy.
I have experience working in residential and outpatient addiction recovery facilities, clinics for teens, and other mental health clinics. I also have experience working with a variety of healthcare professionals, business professionals, individuals, and couples throughout Utah.
