With over 33 years of clinical psychotherapeutic experience, I am a highly-skilled and compassionate licensed clinical psychotherapist who works with adults experiencing a variety of mood disorders and mental health challenges. My focus is dedicated to providing exceptional care and effective psychotherapeutic treatment to assist my client(s) with addressing their troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With couples, I have found Imago therapy effective to stop blame, criticism, and reduce conflict. It aids to increase understanding, finding common ground, bonding, and communicating with empathy.
