Peter passionately believes in the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client and strives to support their clients in a myriad of ways including talk therapy and creative therapy practices.
Peter’s practice focuses on the ways in which our minds and bodies are often separated through trauma and looks for healing approaches in which to strengthen our fragmented selves. Their work primarily integrates person-centered and somatic based approaches to mental health while also utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support his client's healing.

Men and Food: Support for Disordered Eating
Are you an identifying male that has struggled with disordered eating, binge eating, restricting, or managing strong emotions related to food? Does your current emotional state feel difficult to manage and does food play a role in that?
