Peter’s practice focuses on the ways in which our minds and bodies are often separated through trauma and looks for healing approaches in which to strengthen our fragmented selves. Are you an identifying male that has struggled with disordered eating, binge eating, restricting, or managing strong emotions related to food? Does your current emotional state feel difficult to manage and does food play a role in that?
