My approach is focused on what your experiences feel like and mean to you. I believe that therapy is best facilitated by forming a trusting relationship within a safe environment where you are able to explore and connect with your most deeply sensed emotions and use them for healing and growth. I see my role as a facilitator who can support you in making use of deeper levels of awareness and understanding within yourself.

I provide therapy to individuals and couples that is affirming of gender & sexuality diversity. I am proud to serve in this role as a queer, transgender man. I work with clients to support improved emotional well-being on a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, gender identity, grief & loss, fears, and loneliness.
