My main focus is listening to understand your perspective. I currently meet with clients for a full 60 minutes weekly, but am flexible if people have different preferences. I'm pretty energetic. I get excited to hear clients' progress and the things that they get curious about and interested in also engage my attention. I love learning about different kinds of therapy, and the process of helping clients find out which perspectives are most useful for them is an important part of my approach.
I'm a generalist, so I'm open to seeing people with most conditions, whether that be anxiety, depression, personality disorders, social conflict, substance use and addiction, etc. The only requirement for treatment is that you have something you want to talk about that's important to you.
There may be some unique situations where I need to consult with specialists. Currently only offering telehealth.
